Key Skills Required:
8+ years of backend development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Python.
Extensive AWS experience: ECS/Fargate, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, Lambda, S3, and CloudWatch.
Strong PostgreSQL / Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL experience, including database design and performance tuning.
CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and AWS CodePipeline.
Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation.
Unit and integration testing using JUnit and Mockito.
Experience building microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
Strong production support, troubleshooting, RCA, and high-availability system experience.
Preferred Skills:
AWS certifications (Solutions Architect / Developer Associate).
EDI, B2B integrations, or transportation/logistics domain experience.
Candidates located near the Northeast Corridor (Philadelphia, Wilmington, or Washington, DC) are preferred due to quarterly on-site meetings.
