This company is poised for growth and offers a unique opportunity to be part of a team that values innovation and quality.What You Will DoDevelop and maintain backend services using TypeScript and Node.js to support high-performance applications.Design and implement scalable infrastructure utilizing Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.Optimize database performance and reliability with PostgreSQL and Redis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CI/CD processes and improve deployment efficiency.Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues using tools like Datadog and Sentry.Implement job queues with BullMQ to manage background tasks effectively.Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for backend systems.Ideal Candidate Background3+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE.Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming.Hands-on experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes.Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their ecosystem.Solid understanding of database management, particularly with PostgreSQL and Redis.PreferredExperience with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog and Sentry.Knowledge of serverless architectures and technologies.Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaborative team environments.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary for this role ranges from $200K to $275K, complemented by meaningful equity options.
