Senior Backend Engineer — AI Infra & RAG

OuterSignal, a startup building the customer intelligence layer for commerce, is seeking a senior backend engineer to own core systems and data pipelines. You’ll design scalable infra to process millions of orders, implement vector DB/RAG workflows, and ship end-to-end features with Shopify, Klaviyo, Slack, Zapier, and more.

You’ll work directly with the Founding Team on roadmap and hiring future engineers.
