To support a growing fintech product, the fully remote Senior Backend Developer will own backend architecture across large-scale microservice platforms, lead complex integrations with payment providers and blockchain networks, and drive performance and scalability while making independent architectural decisions. Key responsibilities Own backend architecture for two microservice platforms, managing system design, API contracts, and data flow Lead integrations with payment providers and blockchain networks, ensuring reliability in production Drive performance improvements by identifying bottlenecks and optimizing database queries Required qualifications 5+ years of production experience in backend development with TypeScript/Node.js 2+ years of experience with NestJS in production, including microservice architecture Production experience with blockchain technologies and on-chain transactions Deep expertise in PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization Hands-on experience with microservices, including inter-service communication and message brokers
