Senior AWS IAM Engineer

AWS Identity Center to enable multiple Developer services like Q, KIRO etc., and Analytical features for FMSSO services.

Must-have skills:

Experience configuring IAM Identity Center, permission sets, account assignments, account access, identity federation, and enterprise identity integrations.

Hands-on experience with AWS data services such as Redshift, S3, Glue, Athena, Lake Formation, and related data processing/reporting patterns.

Experience building or supporting data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration using Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, Event Bridge, or similar tools.

Ability to build reports, analyze datasets, write SQL queries, validate data, troubleshoot data issues, and support business/data insights.

Good-to-have skills:

ETL and data pipeline experience

Experience with Python, Shell scripting, Terraform, CloudFormation, or automation for IAM, IDC, and data workflows.

Enterprise identity and data integration

Experience with IAM roles, policies, trust policies, permission boundaries, least privilege access, cross-account access, and access troubleshooting.

Ability to work with architecture, security, data, and application teams to support POCs, document designs, and drive cloud solution adoption.

Resources expected to independently determine best technology approach to solve complex business problems and produce high-quality code to support delivery.
