Senior AV Systems Architect — End-to-End AI & Safety (Equity)

NVIDIA in California is seeking engineers to build the architecture behind next-generation self-driving vehicle technology. You will contribute to prediction, decision, planning and control, and work with teams on end-to-end AV pipelines.

Candidates should have PhD with 4+ years, MS with 6+, or BS with 8+ years in CS/engineering, plus production experience in autonomous driving and ML systems. CUDA knowledge is a plus; you’ll engage with large-scale model inference and safety stacks.
