Partnered with a fast-growing robotics startup developing next-generation autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) designed to operate safely and reliably in complex, real-world environments. The company has successfully deployed its technology into real-world environments and is now scaling its autonomy engineering team as it moves toward broader commercial deployment.
They are looking for a Senior Autonomy Engineer who can take ownership of core autonomy software, from navigation and perception through to deployment, debugging and long-term reliability. This is a highly hands-on opportunity to build and deploy physical robotic systems, working closely with a small, experienced engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience in robotics or autonomous systems software engineering.
- Proven experience deploying AMRs/AGVs into production.
- Strong C++ and ROS2 experience.
- SLAM, localization and path planning.
- LiDAR, cameras and sensor integration.
- Hands-on robot debugging and fault recovery.

- US Citizen
- 5 days onsite Gainesville, FL
