United Staffing Associates has been engaged by an established and growing automotive repair facility in the Paso Robles area to find an experienced Senior Automotive Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, including electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, suspension, and brake systems.
• Perform advanced automotive repairs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize modern diagnostic equipment and scan tools to identify and resolve challenging vehicle concerns.
• Service hybrid and electric vehicles as needed.
• Maintain productivity while ensuring quality repairs are completed correctly the first time.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and share technical knowledge when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Experience performing major engine and transmission repairs.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must have own professional-grade tools.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• ASE Master Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
• ASE L1 Certification is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range starting at $45.00/hour or more based on experience, qualifications, and skill level.
