This role will lead the design, commissioning, qualification, validation, startup, and operation of automated cold storage and refrigeration systems supporting manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:Lead design and implementation of CO cold room and refrigeration systems.Support commissioning, qualification, validation (CQV), and startup activities.Oversee automation, controls, and software systems for cold room operations.Ensure compliance with cGMP, GxP, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Partner with Quality, CSV, IT/OT, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and vendors.Drive operational readiness, training, system integration, and continuous improvement.Serve as SME for cold room automation, refrigeration, and cold chain operations.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.10+ years of industrial refrigeration and cold room design experience.5+ years of hands-on CO cold room design and operations experience.Experience with automation systems, controls, and industrial system integration.Strong knowledge of cGMP, validation, and CQV processes.Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.3+ years of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing experience
