Senior Author Trainer

Leading training strategy and championing pedagogical excellence, the full-time remote Senior Author Trainer will manage author workshops, facilitate training on new tools and AI integration, and oversee the organization's content accessibility program. Key Responsibilities Plan and facilitate author workshops and a multi-tiered training curriculum for new authors and Content Technology Developers (CTDs) Own and advance the content accessibility program, including tracking and remediating accessibility gaps Collaborate with product and platform teams, representing the Training and Authoring function at leadership meetings Required Qualifications Proven experience in instructional design, author training, or a similar learning & development role Strong people management skills with experience leading and developing direct reports Deep familiarity with accessibility standards and a commitment to inclusive content practices Comfort with tools like Airtable and the ability to manage data systems independently Excellent communication and facilitation skills for diverse audiences
