A Top 15 CPA Firm is looking to add an Audit Senior Associate to its growing team in Baltimore, MD , with opportunities across the Commercial Real Estate, Hospitality, Manufacturing, and Cannabis practices.
This role offers the opportunity to lead audit engagements, mentor junior staff, and work with a diverse client base while continuing to advance your career within a nationally recognized public accounting firm.
Position Highlights
- Location: Baltimore, MD
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week in-office
- Base salary: $90,000–$105,000
- Opportunities within Commercial Real Estate, Hospitality, Manufacturing, or Cannabis
- Opportunity to serve as an engagement lead

Ideal Background
- 3+ years of public accounting audit experience
- CPA licensed or CPA eligible
- Experience within Commercial Real Estate, Hospitality, Manufacturing, or Cannabis preferred
- Strong for-profit audit experience will also be considered
- Experience leading engagements and mentoring junior staff
