Position Overview
SR Staffing is seeking a Audit Senior with a generalist background to join our top 25 CPA firm client remotely. This role offers flexibility, competitive hourly pay, and overtime compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute audit engagements across multiple industries
- Perform substantive testing, risk assessments, and internal control evaluations
- Review workpapers for GAAP compliance and firm standards
- Supervise and mentor junior staff
- Communicate effectively with clients and resolve audit-related issues
- Prepare and review financial statements and disclosures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of public accounting audit experience
- CPA license or actively pursuing CPA preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards
- Proficiency with audit software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Compensation & Schedule
- $30–$40 per hour
- Time and a Half for overtime (approx. 5 hrs/week)
