Role is remote, but requiring frequent travel amongst client sites between Naples and Tampa FL.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle audits from planning through completion with minimal oversight
- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients throughout the audit process
- Identify and resolve audit issues independently
- Oversee and mentor junior staff
- Present audit reports and financial statements directly to clients
Qualifications
- Active CPA license preferred; candidates with an inactive license or actively pursuing CPA will also be considered
- CIRA (Condo/HOA) audit experience strongly preferred OR Yellowbook experience
- Demonstrated stability and loyalty to prior firms
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Desire to grow with the firm and take on increasing responsibility over time
