Senior Audit Representative

Proactively managing the billing process for designated practices, the full-time Senior Audit Representative will serve as the primary contact for Revenue Operations, focusing on revenue cycle improvement initiatives while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Key responsibilities: Effectively manage financial performance expectations and develop expertise for assigned practices Conduct ongoing claim analysis and quality audits, providing feedback and training to staff Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure appropriate coding and billing practices, while developing standardized approaches for reporting and analysis Required qualifications: High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience 3+ years of experience in medical claims and 2+ years in medical billing Experience with EPIC and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility during business hours Must be 18 years of age or older
