Are you an experienced audit professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic audit environment? Were looking for a Senior Audit Associate to join our growing team and lead high-impact audit assignments across diverse sectors. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable audit experience in the UK and/or Irish market, with practical exposure to relevant regulations, reporting standards, and professional practice requirements

This role offers hands-on responsibility, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to work with a supportive team while delivering real value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end audit engagements across multiple industries, ensuring high-quality delivery within timelines.
• Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports with clear, practical recommendations.
• Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
• Manage multiple concurrent assignments, balancing quality, deadlines, and budget.
• Brief Managers and Partners on progress, risks, and key issues.
• Execute audits in line with FRS 102, FRS 105, Irish/UK GAAP , and regulatory standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior team members.

Requirements:

• Highcalibre Statutory Auditprofessional with excellent communication in English (written & spoken).
• Strong Auditexperience is essential, with ability to work independently and complete audits under guidance.
• Role involves ~65% Auditwork + managing a portfolio of nonauditclients (Management Accounts, review of bookkeeping, etc.).
• Looking for a flexible, qualified candidate who can operate with initiative and deliver consistently highquality work.
• Strong working knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP, FRS102, FRS 105 with the ability to apply this in developingauditstrategies and delivering exceptional results.

What Were Looking For:

• ACA qualified with 3+ years experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP and FRS 102, FRS 105.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CaseWare, Inflo , and Microsoft tools is an advantage.
• A proactive, positive mindset with strong personal integrity.
