Senior Insurance Defense Attorney (Fully Remote – TX or OK)

A well-established litigation firm is seeking a Senior Attorney with a strong background in Insurance Defense to join their growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in Texas or Oklahoma, offering flexibility, competitive compensation, and a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of complex insurance defense matters
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and support staff
• Maintain a monthly billable target of 160 hours

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
• Licensed to practice in Texas or Oklahoma (dual licensure is a plus)
• Strong litigation and case management skills
• Base salary: $160,000–$185,000+ (commensurate with experience) + Billable Bonus
• Medical, dental, and vision (50% premium covered)
• 401(k) with 2% match
• Monthly reimbursements: $50 for cell phone and $50 for gym membership
• Short- and long-term disability coverage
• Fully remote for candidates residing in TX or OK
• Standard hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Open to candidates with various legal software experience
