Role Overview
The Senior Litigation Attorney will lead complex litigation matters, mentor junior team members, and work closely with a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex commercial litigation, including class actions and regulatory defense matters.
- Develop and execute strategic litigation plans tailored to client objectives.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in state and federal courts, including hearings, trials, and appeals.
- Advise clients on risk management, compliance, and litigation avoidance.
- Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff.
- Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- JD from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in relevant jurisdiction(s).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, with a proven track record.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills; exceptional oral advocacy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with leadership and mentoring experience.
