What You'll Do
- Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Develop case strategy and assess litigation risks
- Handle depositions, hearings, motions and other litigation proceedings
- Prepare matters for trial and, when appropriate, take cases to trial
- Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Work independently while collaborating with an experienced legal team
- Active bar license in the applicable jurisdiction
- Significant civil litigation experience
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Demonstrated courtroom experience
- Excellent judgment and case-management abilities
- Strong client-service skills
- Ability to independently manage complex matters
