- Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
- 7+ years of personal injury experience.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a high-volume litigation docket.
- Superior analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex issues.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- First Chair or Second Chair Trial Experience.
- Bilingual.
- Handle a high-volume litigation docket.
- Direct legal decisions throughout all phases of the litigation process.
- Understand the applicability of laws and statutes to the potential recovery of each case.
- Depose parties facts and expert witnesses.
- Draft and argue motions in court.
- Work within a fast-paced environment.
- Work onsite at our Dallas, Texas office and travel occasionally for trial or pre-trial requirements.
- Serve as First or Second Chair in trials.
