Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex insurance defense matters, including high-stakes litigation.
- Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to insurance carriers.
- Mentor and develop junior attorneys.
- Represent the firm in the legal community and build relationships with insurance carriers and other professionals.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, ideally from a top regional school like ASU or the University of Arizona.
- 11-15 years of legal experience in insurance defense.
- Extensive experience in handling complex insurance defense matters, including high-stakes litigation.
- Proven track record of success in representing insurance carriers and achieving favorable outcomes.
- Strong leadership, management, and business development skills.
- Deep expertise in insurance defense law, with a focus on auto, trucking, premises liability, construction defect, and product liability.
