This opportunity is well-suited for solo practitioners, of counsel, partner track, or partners who have built client relationships and now want infrastructure, collaboration, and growth support behind them.

- 7+ years of practice experience
- Portable book of business
- Licensed in Maryland (VA or PA a plus)
