Senior Associate - State and Local Maximo

The Senior Associate in Customer & Operations supports delivery of complex public sector projects, focusing on transportation systems and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing business and technology solutions for state/local government clients, especially in transportation using IBM Maximo and Octave Attune.


• Apply methodologies specific to public sector EAM projects, managing engagement risks, project planning, and budgeting.


• Maintain client relationships to identify new business opportunities related to asset management.


• Evaluate technical aspects of projects, including development methods, risk management, and organizational change.


• Collaborate with client teams and asset managers to optimize operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least three years of management consulting experience in the public sector, with a focus on large-scale application design and architecture, preferably for government agencies.


• Bachelor’s degree in technical sciences or information systems, with certifications in EAM preferred.


• Hands-on experience delivering transportation solutions with IBM Maximo and managing full project lifecycles.


• Expertise in enterprise architecture analysis for large system implementations and supporting transportation infrastructure.


• Strong communication, risk management, and client relationship skills.


• Ability to travel up to 50% and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
