Senior Associate Quality Data

To enhance quality data infrastructure, the full-time remote Senior Associate Quality Data will manage the ingestion and transformation of quality-related data, oversee data pipelines, and provide insights for performance improvement. Key responsibilities Oversee the intake, validation, and management of quality data from payors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while using SQL for data issue investigation Partner with Client Reporting and Analytics to establish and submit clinical data files in compliance with HEDIS/NCQA and CMS requirements Collaborate with various teams to analyze large datasets, develop algorithms for gap closure, and ensure documentation meets quality standards Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in healthcare domains such as quality improvement, population health, or care management Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets Ability to interpret BI/visualization tools like Looker or Tableau for data analysis Experience with a scripting language (e.g., Python, R) for data wrangling and exploratory analysis Strong preference for experience with HEDIS / Medicare Stars quality programs
