The role is ideal for a high-performing professional with 3–4 years of experience at a Big 4 firm within M&A Advisory, Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), or Turnaround & Restructuring.The Senior Associate will monitor portfolio company performance against budget, KPIs, and strategic milestones. They will support value creation initiatives including operational improvements, bolt-on acquisitions, and go-to-market refinements, and assist in preparing Board materials and participating in portfolio company reviews.Key responsibilities include working alongside operating partners and management teams to identify performance improvement opportunities and supporting post-merger integration including systems consolidation, organizational alignment, and synergy tracking.Required qualifications include 3–4 years at a Big 4 firm (M&A Advisory, TAS, or Restructuring), strong financial modeling skills, solid accounting foundation, and CPA/CFA credentials or progress toward them.
