Senior Associate, Paid Search Marketing

Driving new customer acquisition, the full-time Senior Associate, Paid Search Marketing will optimize paid search campaigns primarily on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, analyze performance data, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance overall marketing strategies in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities: Optimize paid search campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and drive new renter growth Identify new keyword opportunities and audience segments to diversify search acquisition efforts Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvements Required Qualifications: 3-4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2+ years focused on paid search/SEM Proven track record managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns end-to-end Strong understanding of the search marketing funnel and relevant metrics Experience in developing and scaling new search campaigns and keyword strategies Excellent project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
