Duties
- Manage and close financing transactions exceeding $100 million.
- Draft and negotiate credit agreements, indentures, leases, and purchase agreements.
- Advise clients on document interpretation both orally and in writing.
- Engage in secured, unsecured, and guaranteed financing transactions.
- Participate in restructuring and enforcement of aviation assets.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code and the Cape Town Convention.
- Experience in the aviation finance and leasing industry.
- Large law firm experience managing multiple clients and matters.
- Admission to the New York bar and good standing.
Education
- Strong academic background.

- New York bar admission.
