Job Title: Senior Associate, Material Analyst - Material Pricing AnalystJob Code: 45931Job Location: Palm Bay, FLJob Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off Job Description:Developing CML’s (Consolidated Material Lists) in accordance with proposal Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)Importing and/or developing structures to reflect proposal material requirementsWorking with Material Management and proposal teams to develop priced CML’sTop level knowledge of commodities and supplier interactionsSubmitting RFQ’s (Request For Quote) to suppliers to develop CML pricingUtilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) pricing records through the pricing toolAnalyzing priced data to ensure integrity and cost objectives are in alignment with proposal objectivesEnsuring compliance with audit requirementsFormatting and submitting pricing packages to proposal teamsSupporting auditsAttend meetings & conference calls with programs and contracts to manage proposals issuesEssential Functions:Experience in analyzing quotesExperience and understanding of the Bill of MaterialsProficient in excelUnderstanding general governing documents, FAR, TINA requirements Gather, analyze and effectively present and communicate information  Work independently, prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously and self-motivated.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
