What You'll Do
- Lead and manage complex land surveying projects from planning through delivery.
- Serve as Surveyor of Record, reviewing and sealing survey documents in accordance with New York State requirements.
- Oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction, and as-built surveys.
- Mentor and develop survey staff while promoting quality and best practices.
- Build lasting client relationships and support business development efforts.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
What You'll Bring
- Active New York State Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
- 10+ years of progressive land surveying experience.
- Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Expertise in boundary analysis, survey standards, and industry software.
