What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for investment opportunities.
- Support origination efforts and prepare investment memorandums.
- Negotiate and manage key contracts related to project acquisition.
- Track and report on market and regulatory developments.
- Assist in fundraising and investor reporting.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or project finance.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Experience with M&A, structured finance, and joint venture transactions.
- Understanding of energy regulatory frameworks and policy incentives.
