Assess legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests. Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, and commercial agreements. Oversee any litigation or disputes involving Sentara, working closely with external counsel to manage cases and ensure appropriate resolution.
