Senior Associate General Counsel – Compliance & HR

City of New York, Department of Small Business Services, seeks an Associate General Counsel to provide legal counsel, advice, and support across SBS programs, divisions, and affiliated nonprofits. You will work under the Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel with broad responsibility and independence.

Responsibilities include serving as Records Access Officer and Privacy Officer, assisting HR on employee discipline and labor relations, and reviewing contracts, procurement, and regulations
