To accelerate the growth of DashMart Fulfillment Services, the full-time Senior Associate, Business Development will manage strategic relationships with key retail partners, drive growth initiatives, and serve as a liaison between partners and internal teams in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Manage and cultivate strategic relationships with leading retailers and e-commerce logistics partners Lead growth and efficiency initiatives, conducting quarterly business reviews and joint planning sessions Develop in-depth knowledge of business operations, anticipating partner and customer demands through data analysis Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in business development, e-commerce, or partner management Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; basic SQL skills preferred Experience in project management, capable of handling multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and solve ambiguous problems
