What You'll Be Doing

• Advise clients on estate planning and wealth transfer strategies

• Draft sophisticated wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents

• Handle trust and estate administration matters

• Counsel fiduciaries, trustees, executors, and family representatives

• Work alongside accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals on complex planning matters

Core Requirements

• 3–10+ years of Trusts & Estates experience

• Strong background in estate planning and trust administration

• Experience advising high-net-worth clients

• Excellent drafting, communication, and client management skills

• Active DC, Maryland, or Virginia Bar admission (or eligibility)

Preferred Background

• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning

• Experience with complex tax, succession, and wealth preservation planning

• Business succession or family office experience
