Senior Associate AttorneyWe are seeking someone who embodies our core values: High-Quality Work, Effective Communication, and Ownership.This is a fully remote position with a hybrid component, requiring occasional court appearances and onsite meetings.Duties and Responsibilities:Demonstrates exceptional legal research, writing and oral communication skills.Handles high volume caseload and provides expert analysis and advice on legal and regulatory risks.Negotiates with opposing counsel to achieve final resolution of cases.Willing to travel to various courts within the state of GA, if needed, as legal representation in various legal proceedings and to attend court hearings.Works with the Managing Attorney to report all activity and results.Requirements:3+ years' experience in bankruptcy/collection or civil law litigation, attending court proceedings and associated regulations.J.D. from an accredited law school with an active license to practice law in GA. A license to practice law in other states in our footprint (GA, SC, TN, FL, VA, MD, MI, OH) or UBE passage is a plus but not mandatory.Skilled in the ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.Exemplary oral and written communication skills.Outstanding time management skills.
