Insurance Defense Attorney

Qualifications include:

• 3-5+ years of experience in insurance defense or a related litigation practice.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven litigation experience and a track record of successful case resolutions.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Active California State Bar license required.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide timely reporting to carriers and clients.
• Manage written and oral discovery.
• Appear in court and handle litigation proceedings.
• Prepare for and attend trials.
• Develop case strategy and advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution.

Compensation and benefits include:

• $150,000-$200,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
