Our client, a mid-sized law firm located in Morristown, NJ, has an opening for a senior attorney/counsel to join our growing transactional real estate and corporate practice. Our experience and expertise across a wide variety of industries has allowed our attorneys to be involved in transactions, litigation and trusts and estates matters locally, regionally and nationally.
The ideal candidate would have excellent academics and 5+ years' experience focusing on complex commercial real estate and/or corporate matters, including one or more of the following areas:
· Acquisitions/dispositions of commercial properties
· Drafting sophisticated operating agreements in connection with real estate development projects
· Mergers & Acquisitions
· Construction loans and/or other financing transactions
· Drafting buy/sell agreements for closely-held businesses
· Candidate will not ONLY be doing M&A work but some commercial real estate transactions as well.
