This position is ideal for a motivated attorney looking for substantial responsibility, meaningful client interaction, and the opportunity to independently manage a diverse civil litigation docket.The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of civil litigation experience and be comfortable handling cases through all phases of litigation with a high degree of autonomy. The firm offers a strong reputation in the legal community, a collaborative culture, and sophisticated litigation work across a variety of matters.ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage a civil litigation caseload from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and dispositive motionsConduct and defend depositionsAttend hearings, mediations, and trialsDevelop litigation strategy and evaluate risk exposureMaintain direct communication with clients and opposing counselHandle matters in both state and federal courtQualificationsJ.D.
