We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Associate Attorney to join our established law firm in Maryland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review complex estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- dvise high-net-worth individuals and families on estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning
- Prepare or review fiduciary and estate tax returns
- Maintain and grow a personal book of business
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff across practice areas as needed
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Maryland Bar
- 15+ years of legal experience in estate administration/probate
- Proven ability to manage complex estate matters independently
- Book of business
- Open to bringing a trusted associate (optional)
