Senior Associate Athletic Director for External Operations
Location: Moscow
The Senior Associate Athletic Director for External Operations assists the Director of Athletics in the administration of sixteen intercollegiate athletic programs at the University of Idaho. The position is responsible for supervision and coordination of all external areas within the department, including Creative Content, Broadcast Production, Athletic Communications, Marketing and Ticket Operations. In addition, the position serves as a sport supervisor for assigned sport programs.
Responsibilities
- Seven years of progressive leadership experience in collegiate athletics, specifically in the areas of external operations
- Demonstrated success in leadership of revenue generation, communications, marketing and ticketing
- Experience with leadership, management and organizational skills
- Working with stakeholders, including campus leadership, faculty, donors, corporate partners, media and alumni
Qualifications
- Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Required Other: None
- Additional Preferred: Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication abilities
- Additional Preferred: Demonstrated success in strategic planning, revenue growth
- Additional Preferred: Experience with sport supervision
- Additional Preferred: Working knowledge of NCAA

Salary: $85 - $100K / Commensurate with experience
