Senior Assistant Store Manager

Hourly rate ranges from $20.00 - $20.25 per hour. Work up to 38 hours per week. Minimum age requirement 18. Physical demands include more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager with all store operations.
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff.
• Control expenses, shrinkage and maintain merchandising and inventory control in adherence to all Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to control store operations and adhere to company policies.
