Hourly rate: $20.00 – $20.25 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Job Overview

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in all tasks involved in the overall operation of the store. This role ensures maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

The position will work up to 38 hours per week and requires the ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours each day. The Assistant Store Manager must develop team members, manage store operations, and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• Prior retail and/or management experience required
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job
