Senior Assistant Store Manager

Compensation: Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 to $17.00 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations.
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff.
• Control expenses and shrinkage.
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.

Work Hours and Requirements

• Up to 38 hours per week.
• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Physical demands: In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
