Hourly rate ranges from $20.90 to $21.15 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services.
- Support the Store Manager in overall operations of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
- Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and handle all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18.
- Physical demands: over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
- Availability to work up to 38 hours per week.
