Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18.
• Physical demands require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.

This position will work up to 38 hours per week.
