Hourly rate ranges from $16.25 - $17.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services
- Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
- Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff
- Control expenses and shrinkage
- Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to Company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18
- Prior retail and/or management experience required
- Physical demands: over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work up to 38 hours per week
