Senior Assistant Store Manager – Spencer's
Join Spencer's as a Senior Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and develop a high‑performing team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Guest Services and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Support the Store Manager in overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
- Develop and coach store staff to achieve performance goals.
- Control expenses, shrinkage, and manage merchandising and inventory control according to company policies.
Qualifications
- Prior retail or management experience is required.
- Minimum age 18.
- Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs for more than 8 hours per week.
Benefits & Compensation
Hourly rate: $19.00 – $19.25 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience).
