Job Overview

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.00 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, handle all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
• Work up to 38 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds and physically demanding tasks (standing, walking, climbing ladders) exceeding 8 hours required.
