Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services.
- Support the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
- Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, handle all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
- Work up to 38 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Minimum age 18.
- Prior retail and/or management experience required.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds and physically demanding tasks (standing, walking, climbing ladders) exceeding 8 hours required.
