Compensation: Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 to $17.00 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services.
- Support the Store Manager in overall store operations.
- Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff.
- Control expenses and shrinkage.
- Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
Work Hours and Requirements
- Up to 38 hours per week.
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Physical demands: In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
