We are seeking an experienced, relationship-focused professional to join our leadership team as a Senior Asset Manager II Business Development Client Relationship Manager.
Position Summary
The Senior Asset Manager II is responsible for managing investment and commercial real estate relationships while driving business development initiatives and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role requires a strategic thinker who can evaluate investment opportunities, strengthen long-term client relationships, collaborate across business units, and contribute to the continued growth of the firm's assets under management and strategic partnerships.
The successful candidate combines consultative relationship management, investment knowledge, business development, and excellent client service while collaborating with internal specialists and maintaining regulatory and company standards.
Chrysolite Investment Management Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Private Wealth Portfolio Manager Real Estate, Financial Analysis & Private Wealth Strategy to identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, expand market presence, and support revenue growth initiatives. The Sales & Business Development Manager Real Estate, Financial Analysis & Private Wealth Strategy roles will be Assigned geographic territory.
This leadership-oriented role combines outside business development, strategic sales, real estate investment analysis, private wealth strategy consulting support, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities
Asset Management
Monitor and evaluate the performance of commercial real estate and investment assets.
Analyze acquisition, disposition, refinancing, and portfolio optimization opportunities.
Prepare investment analyses, financial models, cash-flow projections, and performance reports.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support asset performance and risk management.
Recommend strategies designed to improve portfolio performance and operational efficiency.
Portfolio Oversight Monitor PWM and CRE investment portfolios, asset allocations, performance trends, and risk exposure.
Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary relationship manager for HNW/UHNW individuals, family offices, and CRE investors.
Business Development Identify, pursue, and secure new wealth management and CRE investment clients.
Investment Strategy Support Assist in developing customized wealth plans and CRE investment strategies.
Market & CRE Analysis Provide insights on market conditions, CRE trends, economic indicators, and investment opportunities.
Investor Reporting Prepare quarterly reports, portfolio reviews, and investment summaries.
Deal Support Support underwriting, due diligence, and investor communications for CRE acquisitions.
Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with wealth advisors, analysts, CRE acquisition teams, and compliance.
Compliance & Documentation Ensure all client interactions and investment activities meet regulatory standards.
Business Development
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the firm's client base and strategic partnerships.
Identify and cultivate relationships with investors, business owners, developers, financial professionals, and referral partners.
Conduct consultations, presentations, and networking activities that support long-term business growth.
Maintain an active business development pipeline using CRM tools and established sales processes.
Support marketing initiatives and represent the firm at professional and community events.
Outside Field Prospect Development & Business Development
Face-to-face prospecting onsite appointments with business owners and executives.

Private Wealth Strategy Support
Support executive leadership in identifying wealth-building opportunities for clients.
Assist with client discovery preparation.
Coordinate client meetings and presentations.
Research business growth and investment strategies.
Help prepare educational materials and presentations.

Oversee complex negotiations involving investment opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Drive business expansion through networking, marketing initiatives, referrals, and industry events.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Five or more years of experience in one or more of the following:
